Can't randomize movesets of JP Gen III games #27

What steps will reproduce the problem?

I observed that if I try to randomize the movelists, it won't save. However, if 
the Pokemon movesets are unchanged, it will save. All other settings were 
unchanged

Using version 1.2.0.a on Windows 8.1 Pro RTM
