Strange file generation with Random Starter on Crystal (FR) #29

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open a french Crystal rom
2. Active all features on random (completely/follow evo) (even "Pokemon 
starter")
3. Click Randomize : nothing happened
4. Put "Pokemon Starter" on "Unchanged"
5. Click Randomize : the .gbc and .log files are generated

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
When I play the randomized game, the starter are randomized too ! But the .log 
file didn't montion it.

The programme should generate the files at the 3rd step.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
UPR v1.2.0a
Windows XP

Seems to be duplicate with Issue 5 and Issue 13
