Scroll down button after intro-animation #4

I have written 'Scroll Down' for now but I want to make it into an arrow that tells you to basically scroll down

What if you make it some sort of an animation suggestion that the 'Scroll down" indicator shows after 2 or 2.5 seconds after the page is shown, which gives the user an suggestion to scroll further.
