Back button doesn't work after following local bookmark links. #59

To reproduce:

  1. Go to https://storage.googleapis.com/apqs_archive/pages/index.html#indexes/AlphabeticalTags.html

  2. Click on "M" to scroll to the M section.

  3. Click the browser back button. Nothing happens.
