[Discussion Thread] Scholars HQ #8

Describe the Idea or Change below: The Large Sandstone Building in downtown (yes, it needs a better name, no, I do not know what that name is), should be used for the Scholars base, as well as a sort of in-game HQ for building the city. Portals to various locations around the city, notice boards for builders, etc should all be in there, in addition to the usual Scholars paraphernalia.

Is this Idea/Change Discussion related to an Idea Submission or other Issue?

3 technically, as one of the streets off of it should be named in accordance with the building and Scholars.

Lobby is ~2 floors, main building is 19 floors, subsequent floors are ~8 but they're built weirdly. Lots of secret rooms.

main building is 19 floors

19 floors if you count by window. Counting by Floor/Elevator division, it's ~9, with an extra half floor for something else.
