Add config option for shuffling #25

Adds an option that makes BRR shuffle its songs whenever songs are loaded. This also makes the reload songs hotkey act like a makeshift shuffle button for BRR songs.

Requires #24.

I think im going to hold off on this, I want to make the custom app have this atm; I'm planning for the next update to be this. I just have to find some time to work on it.
