Fatal error in GC when running lime rebuild extension-webm windows #2906

When running "lime rebuild extension-webm windows" a pop up tells me "Fatal error in GC GetThreadContext failed" I've uninstalled basically everything multiple times.

I've found things saying: "haxelib run lime rebuild extension-webm windows" But to no luck, It doesnt work.
