Enhancement: An option for Lyrics. #2585

There was a suggestion for this earlier, but that was before adding songs to Freeplay was as easy as it is now, and they recommended doing it through mod charting. I propose that it be an optional tag in the Json file that determines notes. This way it can be easily implemented into the editor as like a, at this section, this is what is shown, and on this note in this section it highlights this word, or set of words, from the lyrics. And different events could be included as well for the text. I was thinking it could be similar to the lyrics used in the Kiryu mod. Just a thought. Or hey when scripting gets added I could try and add it myself.

This is mainly for charting songs that have lyrics, for instance, I actually wanted to chart Readymade by Ado because it's a fun song and I was thinking of making an FNF version of it.
