Please port libfuse to dokan

Please port fuse to dokan. Therefore fuse filesystem could be used under 
windows. It is simply matter to add a compatibility layer.

Why not including it in dokan tree ? It seems old and does not seems to compile 
with new dokan

This project uses fuse4win which works with 6.0 
gitorious.org/encfs4win/encfs4win/trees/master

Another reason toi include in dokan in order to avoid dll hell.

Please include the FUSE compatibility layer to Dokan! Then it would be so much 
more useful!
