What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a notepad .
2. Save As... to dokan drive .
3. File already exists.Do you want to replace it?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Can Save.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

DokanLibrary 0.6.0 Window 7 64 bit

This will be down to the implementation, not a Dokan Fault per se.
What application are you using to implement the dokan drive ?
Liquesce does not show this problem on Win 7 x64.
