Or Elim has wrong separators #33

Describe the bug The line number separators for the or elim rule are wrong

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Add new rule line in fitch proof
  2. Select or elim rule
  3. See wrong separators

Expected behavior Dashes should be between the lines where dashes are needed
