Another feature from the KMS build: Mirror World (Zero maps) have custom minimaps and borders in 800, 1024, and 1366 resolutions.

Note: the border is not present in full screen, but the minimap UI works fine.
This will require a PR for CharaSimResource as well, which I have opened here. The CharaSimResource PR will need to be approved first, which is why the Azure build is failing. After approval, we can re-run the Azure build.
