Adding tooltips for EasyComparer and translating DarkMode tooltip #242

I decided to add superTooltip features for EasyComparer, since it made sense to have it in both EasyComparer and FrmPatcher. I also translated the EnableDarkMode tooltip to Chinese, with help from Hikari Calyx. I also increased the tooltip size since in the .NET 6.0 version, the tooltips are cutoff: image
