Sidebar and Modals Not Working #46

it seems like sidebars modals and popups are not working through out the system, could thius be a js related issue

I had a issue with jquery but fixed that in the eTIMS branch which I later merged into the master branch. Try pulling the lastest changes and tell me if it works. P.S note that I've added new breaking changes, in case of an issue fell free to reach out.
