can't submit csv file to kaggle using kaggle api #503

In the current Ribonanza competiton user can do offline inference and then submit a csv, I want to submit csv via kaggle-api to reduce manual labor, however I'm facing the following error

Is there anything I'm doing wrong?

Nevermind, after submitting zipped version submission went through
