We have an internal tracking issue for it: http://b/328267061

From my own investigation, I saw that both the metadata file and the *.ipynb file have values that need to be adjusted. And the correct values may be difficult to find. I found some by creating a notebook and doing a kaggle kernels pull to get the files.
