2 months ago - docker-hatch now pre-creates environment at build time. This means, each subsequent run is blazing fast.
- remove deprecated ruff ANN102 annotation: https://docs.astral.sh/ruff/rules/missing-type-cls/
- update lint config to use new config keys to fix the deprecation notices
