AZ TPA_UNADJ and DESIGNCDs #3

the AZ data we are pulling in does not specify the DESIGNCD, so I am assuming that TPA_UNADJ is 6.01805 see line ~168: PIPO.az.sub$TPA_UNADJ <- 6.01805

We need to check this, since it could alter SDI values

Updated this awhile ago for the scaling code--TPA_UNADJ depends on the DESIGNCD, which we have matched up for PLT_CN's now. We still need to re-estimate SDI for model fitting with the updated TPA from DESIGNCDs. Some of these may not matter if DESIGNCD == 1, but for variable radius plots, we will need to simulated diameter change to scale up TPA
