use `makeSummarizedExperimentFromExpressionSet` #23

Might be easier to funnel expression sets into SummarizedExperiments right from the very beginning

Need to check to make sure all the important things get shoved where they should be - that is, pData becomes colData

This isn't as plug and play as I would have hoped. Closing for now.
