Because Twitter has changed its policy for developers , Twitter has now restricted developers' free access to data, requiring them to pay a lofty fee to continue collecting data. So I am unable to obtain this dataset. To avoid user information disclosure, you can hash the user_id and user_screen_name before sharing them. Looking forward your reply.
