QuickShop could not run properly. #191

I used skvault and skEco to support my server's economy.But qs can't hook into those because qs started before my eco system started which means when my eco system started to run,qs was disabled because of lacking of eco plugin before.

@TUCAOEVER You can just add Skript as a softdepend of this plugin. This should work QuickShop-1.13-0.9.39-beta.zip
