Glad to hear that you are interested in CTM! Unfortunately, my repo is not a standard implementation of CTM; it is just an uncompleted blueprint where I substitute each leaf in the CTM from a computer (or abstract unit of thinking, as suggested by the Blums) with a neuron in neural networks, so as to implement a CTM. I was meant to let it work on a minecraft-like gridworld but I haven't debugged it yet and I don't think I have time to do that recently. I will send you some material later if I find some.
