What are -lrb- and -rrb- in texts used for? #2

When scanning the prediction and test files, I don't understand what these tokens are used for.

leonard joseph randle -lrb- born february 12 , 1949 in long beach , california -rrb- is a former major league baseball player . philippe adnot -lrb- born 25 august 1945 -rrb- is a french politician . miroslav popov -lrb- born 14 june 1995 -rrb- is a czech racing driver .

Does anybody know how to create these tokens?
