Encounters Pluging to control when a patient have a healthcare encounter in a healthcare institution:

Proposed fields

Encounter type: inpatient, outpatient and emergency
Encounter start date: Start date of the encounter
Encounter end date: Start date of the encounter
Encounter facility: Healthcare institution
Encounter service: Healtcare service / departament
Encounter practitioner: Name of professional who attended the patient.
Encounter doc: Link to documents related to this encounter
