Updating dependencies to address some security vulnerabilities #102

A number of dependencies in the project have identified security vulnerabilities.

Updating these resulted in changes to how nunjucks is initialized, as well as to how passport profiles are deserialized.

Input escaped, so current vulnerability checks can be ignored. Other dependencies updated to address previous issues.
