As a Leadership Team member in order to reflect the current project status I want a means to do so. #22

It should be possible for a user to set the current overall health of a project and a link to the write up.

The current date and time should be added along with the user that made the change.

This should be an 'append' only change.

If the status has not yet been set it should be reflected as 'Unknown'

We do not need to implement any roles or permissions around this, anyone should be able to make this change.
