There were a few things that were making the overall user journey
pretty clunky. People were struggling with getting to health details.
They were also missing the pretty bad icon based calls to action on
sections. Lastly, there were a lot of alert messages for every action.
To improve, icons have been replaced with text, display of overall
health status on project details has been made clearer, as well
as the navigation.
Lastly, all of the javascript alerts have been axed. Further refinements
could be made to the forms but this will be addressed with a further commit
after consulting with users.
