Bring back totems?

In the past, Totems were buildable.

Limited to 1 per player, or 2 for subscribers.
Protection distance of 4 tiles, or 9x9 (may have been larger, don't remember and don't feel like checking the archives).
Could be activated and deactivated the creator of the Totem (and admins).
While activated, no buildings inside the protection area could be attacked.

How large of an AoE would they have?

@Unwanted4Murder Apparently the code for totems is still implemented. They have a range of 4 tiles. https://github.com/Kaiochao/HazordhuII/blob/master/Hazordhu/code/Totems/Totems.dm#L5
