As this PR is getting huge and I would rather have most of this stuff merged asap, This PR will only be limited to adventurer 1st job advancement skills.

Current list of working skills

Includes proper server-side stat calculations
Includes proper server-side damage calculations
Does not include application of party buffs (party system is not within scope of this PR)
Does not include consumptions (MP, HP, item, etc)

Notes:

Final Attack proc chance not calculated on server side
