Discovered problem

Works_In_Progress with the yaml, when rendered in GitHub, show a table with yaml attributes at the top, like this one, on the left of the below screenshot (call it Working WIP).

New Works_In_Progress that I yaml'd today do not show that table on GitHub, but their yaml code as a snippet (see Broken WIP on the right of the below screenshot).

Shouldn't these look the same and what am I doing wrong? I have raised the PR directly on the yaml file so changes are made directly on there, if that makes sense.
