can you share code to calculate bPQ and mPQ as stated in the paper, and how is it different from hovernet paper PQ metrics.

Thanks for your comment, the code to calculate bPQ and mPQ is from https://github.com/TIA-Lab/PanNuke-metrics which is officially provided by the PanNuKe datasets.
