Anyone that can balkanize Italy - A tag for Trentino and Südtirol #10180

Quick questions HOI4 version: 1.9.3 Kaiserreich version: 0.14.1

Describe the change you would like: When SIC forms the Italian Confederation (Also Sardinia that stays Piedmont-Sardinia or when someone decides to balkanize Italy) and annexes Austria they have an option to hand over Trentino and South Tyrol to Venice. (The latter also receives cores on it) Could a separate tag with cores on those two states be added?

Explain the reasoning behind this change: Admittedly, weird suggestion and, to be honest, it's mostly cosmetic, I just think that Venice looks weird with Trentino and South Tyrol.

No, we're not adding tags just for those two states.
