Explanation of the issue:
Napoleon Bonaparte VI, when he becomes a general for NFA in June of 1940 when you go down the CSN path, does not actually become a general in NFA.
Steps to reproduce:
Play as NFA
Go with the Lion over the Rooster or the Bear
Have Mordacq arrested, then get his coup
Have Mordacq form the CSN, and repeal the law of exiles
Play the game as you traditionally would to June of 1940
Get the event for Napoleon Bonaparte becoming a General in the Army
Possible cause:
Mordacq and Napoleon have the same general ID.
