QIE(Manchu) - The "Integrate Shandong Clique Decision" still exists after completed the focus of "Prepare the Coast" and annexed SQI #10747

Quick questions OS: Windows 10 HOI4 version: 1.9.3 Kaiserreich version: 0.14.2 List any other mods used: None Were you using Steam? No Were you in multiplayer? No Which expansions do you NOT have? No. I have all of them.

Explanation of the issue: Also, the same as either "Integrate Shanxi" or "Integrate Shangqing Tianguo" Decision is also still existed if after either completed the focus of "The Legitimate Emperor" or "Prepare Shanxi for Refugees".
