NFA - Big Ship Designer #10964

HOI4 version:1.9.3 Kaiserreich version:Master

Currently NFA lacks big ship desginer, while it is understable for african part of gameplay, the reconvered metropolie is capable of producing Capital ships

I would suggest focus "World Class navy" to add or unlock desginers that are focused on Capital ships obraz

Eventually Choice between "Focus on the oceans" and "rule the seas" would give better desinger for carriers or battlecrusiers respectively obraz
