YUN - Should Lose Claims when Puppeted #10981

Quick questions HOI4 version:1.9.3 Kaiserreich version:0.14.2

Describe the change you would like: When Yunnan is puppeted by a Chinese power, they should lose their claims on the rest of China if they have any.

Explain the reasoning behind this change: It is them giving up any claims to be the China for autonomy and protection from their master.

Additional context or comments: 20201003095327_1 As you can see, Left KMT puppeted Yunnan but the latter still has claims over China.
