SOV - new ministers and generals #11006

Quick questions HOI4 version: 0.9.3 Kaiserreich version: 0.14.2

Describe the change you would like: I would add a new ministers and generals for SOV Russia. Maybe some of them would be added in Russian Rework Ministers:

Syndicalists:

Yuryi Lutovinov Aleksey Ustinov Sergei Medvedev Yakov Blumkin , Boris Kamkov, Vladimir Karelin, Isaac Steinberg, Vladimir Trutovskyi, Andrei Kolegayev, Vladimir Aglasov, Ilya Mayorov, Anastasia Bitsenko, Donat Cherepanov (All people after Medvedev were Left SRs. Their ideology had both Radsoc and syndie ideas, but I think they should be syndies) Radical Socialists:

Aleksey Rykov Varelian Osinsky Vladimir Smirnov Vladimir Maximovsky Solomon Lozovsky Timofey Sapronov Nikolai Sukhanov Vyacheslav Volgin Vladimir Bazarov Grigory Zaks

Totalists: Lev Kamenev, Grigory Zinoviev, Evgenyi Preobrazhensky, Nikolay Krestinsky (but they probaly would be dead, failed or being distance from politics forever)

Grigory Nestroev (he was member of SR-Maximalists, they would be totalists) Georgy Malenkov (he should be totalist instead of radsoc imo) Nikita Khruschev (he was removed from Ukraine, so I suggest to make him a possible Russian minister instead) Lazar Kaganovich Mikhail Kalinin Pyotr Popkov Aleksey Kuznetsov Nikolay Voznesensky Leonid Brezhnev Andrei Zhdanov Aleksandr Beloborodov Nikolai Bulganin Daniil Sulimov

New generals: Yakov Blumkin Vladimir Antonov-Ovseenko (He should be in exile in start of game with possibility to return to Ukraine or Russia if one of them become socialist) Pavel Dybenko Vasily Blukher Mikhail Bonch-Bruevich Konstantin Rokossovsky (iirc he is used to be polish general if Poland become socialist. but I think if Poland stayed reactionary, he should join Russian Socialist Republic). New admirals: Nikolai Kuznetsov

Explain the reasoning behind this change: Just suggestions for SOV tag and Second Russian civil war. I guess this should added in Russian rework

Russia is currently not being worked on, but we'll archive this for reference in the future. Thank you for the suggestions!
