Kaiserreich version: 0.14.2
Ecuador should start off with a basic mountaineers template. They begin the game with Mountaineers I researched, but do not actually have the template, their starting templates consisting only of infantry, militia, and cavalry. This would be appreciated as it takes them a long time to earn enough army experience to create a proper new template.
