Explanation of the issue: Multiple focuses in the Flanders-Wallonia Focus Tree's military section are not localized

Quick questions:

OS: Windows 10 HoI4 version: 1.5.3 Kaiserreich version: 0.7 Using Steam? no Were you in multiplayer? no List other mods used (including KR Music mod): none Have you changed any files, outside of mods used? no Checksum (four-letter code at the bottom of your title menu): bfb3 (debug) Which DLC expansions do you NOT have? Steps to reproduce:

It should be there if you just open a game and play as Flanders-Wallonia, but I'll leave a save just in case.
