Title, make an event for NFA if it manages to snatch aosta valley (for example from Socialist Italy), where it can choose to integrate it.
Explain the reasoning behind this change:
Aosta Valley at this point in time, and without fascist italian persecution, was inhabited by majority francophones, since National France is so revanchist to the point of being able to take west bank of Rhine, I think they wouldnt pass up the chance to taking that, that of course could be player-only option so it doesnt screw up ai interactions.
