YUN - Expansion is way to slow for expansionist Long Yun #12457

Quick questions HOI4 version: 1.10.3 Kaiserreich version: 0.15.2

Describe the change you would like: Make the actual expansionist content for Yunnan be decisions, not 50-day long focuses

Explain the reasoning behind this change: Qing & co will always outpace Yunnan for a target and eat it whole before you can do anything. The 50 day focuses slow the pace of your conquests to a crawl and make Long Yun sit there while the other factions get big

Additional context or comments: image What if wanted my cores from Hunan before Qing overran them? I cant do it, because it takes an extemely long 50 days focus to demand it, while Qing can do it instantly via decision

Also: all economic focuses take insane amounts of time

This is likely due to Qing and the situation in the east of China being sped up since Yunnans foci and China overall were designed. I don't think I will turn them into decisions but I will drastically reduce the time of the foci that give wargoals. The eco tree taking some time is a tradeoff you have to take, you get some of the strongest buffs in the game for it. Overall that will keep the strategic decision if you either want to build up first or rush for some early gains while still being somewhat weak. I'll see to that in the next few days and replay that path first to check it out myself.
