Overlordship over the arab rebels #126

During the Arab Congress I have claimed most of the Levant and Iraq, but why don't I have control of the rebel forces there instead of the Hashemites?

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Claim most of the Levant and Iraq during the congress

  2. wait for the event to declare war

Screenshots / Video: 20171207231634_1 20171207231727_1 It's even shown as my land, after they spawned there, so I feel like I should be able to command them, not Arabia.

That whole chain is getting changed for 0.6, so I'm going to close this issue for neatness sake, thanks for reporting either way though
