POL-Military Access granted by enemy nation AI while at war #12743

Quick questions OS: HOI4 version: Kaiserreich version: 0.15 List any other mods used: Kaiserreich Music Kaiserreich Music Internationales Kaiserreich Music Kaisercat Were you using Steam? yes Were you in multiplayer? no Which expansions do you NOT have? i have all except for allied speeches Explanation of the issue:

Steps to reproduce:

1.Playing as P-L Commonwealth.

2.Declared war on reichspakt.

3.After i capitulated ukraine, riga has unexpectedly granted me a military access( WHILE I WAS IN WAR WITH THEM CONTROLING THEIR ONLY STATE, they also has capitulated before). Due to this access their territories i occupied was brought to them back.

  1. Also has happened after doncossack capitulation, but this time ukraine got their territories back.
  2. I also had joined the Entente and conquered Serbia, Romania, Albania before this.

Possible cause: Maybe some special mechanic for war on east as Poland idk Screenshots: image

bug_issue_hoi4_saves.zip it happens after don cossacks or ukranians capitulation

Already reported and fixed, will come with the next hotfix.
