SIA - Conditional surrender issues #13018

Quick questions OS: Win10 HOI4 version: 1.10.3 Kaiserreich version: 0.15.2 List any other mods used: Kaiserreich Music mod Were you using Steam? Yes Were you in multiplayer? No Which expansions do you NOT have?

Explanation of the issue: After taking Bangkok in a combined German & GEA offensive, Siam (member of the Co-Prosperity Sphere) offered a limited peace deal to me, Germany. I accepted this, and I saw that Siam (now guaranteed by me) is still at war with the Chinese factions it was previously at war with. I would guess that this war is pointless as Siam gives away its provinces bordering China anyway. (See first image.)

Siam also turns over territories to German East Asia. These are:

The Northern Malaya part however missing the state of Pattani, and thus can not be cored. (All three northern Malayan states are needed to do that.) (See second image)

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Turn the war in your favour as Germany against Siam.
  2. Accept the conditional surrender.
  3. Raise a toast for the AI that now has to navally invade across the South China Sea & Gulf of Thailand.

Other info: This coring is already possible with three provinces, so it should be possible to do with 2 as well. (Or more easily, Siam could also give over Pattani as well.)

In my opinion the GEA should be able also to core the other Indochinese territories, as they can be integrated into the already existing East Asian local governments. (Truth be told, in my opinion the GEA should be integrate other territories as it is technically a supranational government, not an actual one, and is already punished for it by low recruitable population. Thus it should also be core Hawai'i and the Southern Philippines, which can be given to it. )

The Lower Shan are also hangs on in the nothing, as Shan can't be released (Upper Shan is still in Burma). A better solution would be to give the area Burma, or to GEA.

Possible cause: The event does not fire off a peace for the other enemies of Siam as it leaves the Co-Prosperity Sphere.
