VNC - No Aircraft designer (not even generic) #13157

Quick questions OS: Win 10 HOI4 version: 1.10.3 Kaiserreich version: 0.16 List any other mods used: the models Were you using Steam? yes Were you in multiplayer? no Which expansions do you NOT have? no

Explanation of the issue: The Venice tag lacks any kind of aircraft designer; While this normally wouldnt be a bug for a minor tag, i suppose, its worth noting that it doesnt have acess to the generic one either; which is a bit of a shame considering its air tree is actually pretty decent.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Tag over to Venice in the ANI revolt

  2. No aircraft company is avaliable, generic or otherwise

Possible cause: Some oversight on the company front. Can provide session logs if required.
