KOR, CHI - Addition of Korean Generals to LKMT #13622

Quick questions HOI4 version:1.10.3 Kaiserreich version:0.16.1

Describe the change you would like: Addition of the Korean Generals of Kim Won-bong and Choe Yong-gon into the CHI and KOR tags. These generals will leave service under the LKMT and leave for Korea if the Korean Revolt fires.

Explain the reasoning behind this change: These generals served under the KMT and were both communist, which fits the aesthetic and the lore of the LKMT.

I love the idea, I have planned based on another suggestion the LKMT to have an involvement with the Korean Revolt so this would add a little more flavour. I'll keep this open so I don't forget.
