CSA - Update Earl Browder's appearance. #13625

Quick questions HOI4 version: Latest. Kaiserreich version: 0.16.1

Describe the change you would like: Modify Earl Browder's photo to change his moustache to the Toothbrush/Hitlerstache.

Explain the reasoning behind this change: In 1936+, Browder had the Toothbrush/Hitlerstache, and kept it until at minimum September 1939, in this photo from The Communist: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Browder-Earl-R-1939.jpg

This doesn't require a new source image or anything, but modifying the one to cut down his current moustache should be good.

...after when the concentration camps were made known to the world, and the Toothbrush became unlikable due to association with Hitler. This wouldn't happen KRTL.

Look, it's an alternate universe. Hair styles must be one of the first things to be changed.

The sources provided aren't really better than the one used currently, so I see little reason to request a new Browder. Tel's reasoning applies as well.

And I didn't intend these sources to be used, I posted them to prove that he did have that moustache in the 1930s. The idea was to take the current one and shave the sides down a bit.

But, if that's what you wanna think, alright.
