An Idea for an overhaul of Transamur

Describe the change you would like: I'd love to see Transamur completely change and have more interesting gameplay, options and mechanics. Add a lot more flavor to its' history, politics and factionalism of a young and diverse nation. A political game of influences consisted of Japanese immigrants, White Russian generals, Russian business community, Japanese generals and maybe even an anti-Japanese Russian populous. expand Transamur administrative division from 2 states to 4, vaguely based on attached map of the region from 1912(https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Primorskaya_Oblast#/media/File:Primorska_olb1912.png) 4-5 year plans to build up the nation, naval program to construct new vassals for its' navy. Schism about the future direction of the army and the navy between the White Russian generals and the Japanese generals who are officially on a military mission to Transamur

Explain the reasoning behind this change: From KR lore and OTL Japanese colonization efforts in East Asia, Japan would likely to prefer intensifying colonization in Transamur given the fact it's population is 90 times smaller than Japan's and could be easily turned into an external territory, followed by converting it into a prefecture( they have done it in Korea. I don't see a reason for it not to be done again in a different place). I'd love to see expansion in Japan's lore that in the "Lost Decade" and the demographic changes that it brought, it also created for the Japanese government an opportunity to encourage settlements in Transamur, therefore causing a huge demographic shift( after all, its only 1.2 million Russians compared to "maybe" 0.5-1 million Japanese immigrants)
