An idea for a small extension for the German focus tree in the rework #13969

Describe the change you would like: My idea is to create a small separate branch in the focus tree named "Lessons from our colonies", in which you will have two options to study Mittelafrika or GEA. The Mittelafrikan branch will give bonuses for weather acclimatization, supply consumption and 2% recovery rate + 5% land doctrine whereas the GEA path will give bonuses to convoy construction, an increase to special forces cap and 5% to naval research

Explain the reasoning behind this change: After 15 years of colonial dominance in Africa and East Asia, Germany and its' colonies would have surely gained some vital experiences regarding various military aspects., experiences which most likely be studied and adopted in Berlin.
