USA- Have it so They can Make Their own Faction Again #14199

Quick questions HOI4 version: 1.10.4 Kaiserreich version: 0.16

Describe the change you would like: I would like for the United States to be able to make their own faction after they win the civil war again.

Explain the reasoning behind this change: I would like this to happen because the only faction they can join is the Entente, but I usually go to war with Canada after I win the civil war.

Additional context or comments: I would really like this done so that I can actually have a faction after I win the civil war.

It would be nice if the US could have a faction build around promoting neutrality from Europe -> I know that there are concerns about balance and that the US is strong enough as is, but having a faction is needed to play the espionage game and the US is powerful enough to warrant a sphere of influence of its own. Moreover, if anything the US joining a faction does more to impact the balance of the world than a US faction that is neutral or inwards focused.

@Kyklosian Yes, I saw your suggestion, but I made this one so that they would know that multiple people want it changed back.

My response from the last issue still stands. The USA is a superpower already, it doesn't really need a faction.

Every other Great Power is given a faction of their own as a sphere of influence, regardless if it "needs" a faction or not. Germany is the sole non-puppet in the Reichpakt at gamestart, but has a faction nonetheless. Russia is more or less alone in its faction now that its ability to join foreign factions is gone. The Ottomans and Austrians have options to form small factions centered around them, despite the fact that their potential allies are likely to bring them more danger than not by dragging them into wars. Unified China and India often can have a faction of their own, despite having few relevant potential allies. The common trend is that many factions are built less for the direct protection of the power behind it, but rather the protection of those around them that orbit them. The only factions that truly "need" them are the 3I and the Entente, both of which have mostly equal partnerships.

The US both historically and KRTL is large enough to have a sphere of influence of their own and has potential allies in the Americas that still depend on it for protection. US business interests and their liberal system is under attack in the Americas, and most nations in the American are right now forced to choose between RP, Entente, or 3I for protection despite their large distance and without consideration for a resurgent USA. The US and its splinters have few allies as an option, which means if they should end up in conflict (with Canada and the Entente outright antagonizing the US through seizing territory) or can potentially intervene on the other side of the American civil war. The US is left with no faction of their own to project power and no ability to join other factions (Feds are locked to Entente, AUS is locked to Germany, CSA to the Internationale, etc). Giving them a small regional faction on their own would make sense lore-wise and also allow the US to have a late-game objective of working to rebuild Monroe either as a directly oppressive entity (via MacArthur, who puppets them anyway) or a more soft-power based sphere (America alone)

European countries don't really need or want to join an American faction when they already have their own, so this faction would be restricted to the Americas - which is already covered by the Monroe Doctrine and League of American States.

The USA will not get its own faction, period.
